Selling your Products Online can be exciting and overwhelming at the same time especially when it comes to shipping your orders and tracking them. That’s where Shipstation comes into the picture to ease your task related to shipping, packaging slip, tracking, and many more. 


  ShipStation is an order fulfillment service for eCommerce merchants, that helps merchants/retailers to organize, process, and ship your online orders by importing orders from an integrated order source/where ever you sell and helps you to create shipping labels and packaging slips, etc.



So here is the Shipstation in a simpler way



Installation and Integration Process:

      

 Step 1: Log in to your ImprintNext Admin by giving your admin credentials.

 Step 2: On the navigation bar go to Global settings > integration and click on Set up.

 After clicking on the setup it will redirect you to Home > settings > integration > shipstation  page.


Step 3: Mark the enable button and copy the SHIP STATION URL, click on the Save button.


Step 4: To ensure whether ShipStation is integrated or not go to Home > settings > integration

and you can see the installed tag above the shipstation box.


Step 4: Log in to your ShipStaion account and click connect a channel button there.


Step 5: By clicking on the connect channel a pop will appear. Search for custom store and click on connect box.



Step 6: Now it will open another pop-up named Setup Market Place Connection with the required form fields.

 

In the first form field named URL to Custom XML Page pastes the URL that you have copied while installing ShipStaion (refer to Step 3).   


Input Data for the given form fi are listed below 


  Give a user name and password.       

  Awaiting Payment Status - payment processing

  Awaiting Shipment Statuses - shipment processing

  Shipped Status - shipped

  Cancelled Status - cancelled

  On-Hold Status - on_hold


  


Step 7After filling all the form fields click on the test connection link, which gives you a connection successful status after completion, then click on connect.



Step 8Now it will redirect you to the home page where you can see your added custom channel.



Now you are successfully connected ShipStaion to your store.

Step 9: Go to the orders menu from the ShipStation menu bar and you can see all your order details there.
