What is Amazon S3 :

Why Cloud storage?

 Cloud storage gives you elastic storage (you can increase your storage size) at a cost-effective price to keep your data more secure. ImprintNext provides you the option of Amazon S3 storage service to store assets files. 

Included Assets files are clipart, User image, Order print files, Fonts, Graphics Fonts, etc.

How to enable Amazon S3 storage for ImprintNext assets:

  To enable Amazon S3 you need to have the following credentials.

  1. AWS S3 ACCESS KEY 

  2. AWS S3 SECRET KEY

  3. AWS S3 REGION

Step 1: Log in to ImprintNext Admin.

Step 2: On the navigation bar Go to Global settings > Integration and click on the Set up button is shown on AWS S3- cloud storage image box.

Step 3: Click on enable AWS S3 check box. After clicking it will show you a form to enter the credentials listed above in the document and click on the Save button.

now you have successfully enabled AWS S3 storage for the designer studio. In the server the order files, user images etc would be stored in the given S3 bucket and would be fetched/utilized when/as needed.
